It was our first Venture with IVL for implementation of E-Invoice Solution in Sept’2020. Although it was a new functionality for everyone, IVL team has showcased a good understanding of Statutory requirements & the Product was also good which helped in quick implementation. The tool is working in seamless manner since the & we only get rare issues for this solution. It has benefited the organization in terms of Compliance, Accuracy of data being send to Govt. Portal, Generation of correct Outputs etc.

We work in the chemical industry and do a sizable amount of export and import business. All of our EXIM documentation are now managed manually, which was creating time-consuming tasks. We made the decision to implement the OptiExim solution in conjunction with the SAP Project in light of all the current issues and the anticipated growth.

Now that the Opti EXIM 10x solution has been implemented, we are able to track all of our export obligations that are in need of advance authorization, as well as the use of our imports and our improved visibility of our outstanding duty drawback receivables from multiple ports. Consignment sales, often known as consumption invoices, are an unusual export transaction type in BVC. Our recent implementation of the OptiEXIM solution on S4HANA takes care of all of our export documents hassle free. Manually preparing export documentation was a time-consuming task, and tracking numerous export obligations under different Import Licenses , export receivables, and duty drawback computations was extremely difficult. We have automated all of the present manual processes with this OptiEXIM system Implemented by Innoval , doing so with greater effectiveness and precision. Like us, the pharmaceutical industry & other exporters will have to fulfill the exchange control laws to furnish the ETX forms in case of delay in realizing the Exports proceeds.
